  1. I am locked out of my online banking account. What do I do?
    After an incorrect login attempt, you will see the following message: “Login information is missing or invalid.” After three incorrect attempts, you will be locked out for 15 minutes. After that cooling off period, you can try three more times before being permanently locked out. At that point, you will need to call the Bank  at 515.295.3595 or 800.ISB.3595 to reset your account.
  2. I forgot my password. What do I do?
    Upon entering your Usercode, you will proceed to the screen where you enter your password. Use the “Forgot Your Password” link found on the screen where you enter your password. It is directly below the password box. Your current password will be sent to the email address you maintain in Online Banking and you will be forced to change it the first time you use it.If you are unsuccessful, contact the Bank at 515.295.3595 or toll-free at 800.ISB.3595 and ask for Online Banking assistance.
  3. I forgot the answers to my security questions. How can I reset them?
    If you are able to access your Online Banking account you can change the answers to your security questions. Login to Online Banking and click on the “Options” tab, scroll down to the “Security “data” section and click the ‘Edit’ button.

    If you cannot log into Online Banking, call 515.295.3595 or toll-free 800.ISB.3595 and ask for Online Banking assistance.

  4. I can’t get logged in to use Mobile Banking. What do I do?
    Customers must be enrolled in Online Banking before they can enroll in Mobile Banking.

    To enroll in Mobile Banking, access your Online Banking account. Choose Options from the menu at the top of the screen, scroll down to “Mobile Banking Profile,” click the ‘Enroll Now’ button and follow the instructions on the screen.

  5. How do I set my tablet up for Mobile Banking?
    An app for tablets is a future product. With some tablets you can use the browser to access Online Banking.
